How do you ship?
We usually ship via Canada Post. After placing an order, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Shipping time within BC is usually 3-4 business days and Alberta is 3-6 business days. Our store only has shipping rates for BC and Alberta. For shipping to other parts of Canada please contact us.
When I order will I get a basket or a box?
All orders in the West Kelowna, Kelowna and Peachland area that will receive free delivery will come in a basket. Orders through the store outside of the local area will be shipped in a box. Special customizations and requests can always be made, simply contact us.
Can I specify a delivery date for my order?
Yes. We can make no guarantees, but will do our best to get your gift off to your chosen recipient by the date specified. Please specify the date you would like to have your gift arrive in the comment section of the checkout process. Please note that if the delivery location is not local (within West Kelowna, Kelowna and Peachland), we will need 7 business days to process these requests in order to make sure your gift arrives on time. This excludes remote/rural locations.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Unfortunately, we do not currently have the ability to ship outside of Canada. Shipping outside of BC or Alberta will require you to contact us for shipping rates.
